ONCE YOUR WIC IS RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR FULL DETAILS OF WHAT WE RECEIVED. THIS DETAILED DOCUMENT IS CALLED A WWO (WEB WORK ORDER). 


We do this as a verification method to verify that we understand your request before we start the work. This article will break down each section to give you clarity of the WWO you will receive. 



HOW TO REVIEW YOUR WWO


 SECTION 1.  The first section of your WWO contains your WIP information. You will find in this area has two parts. The first part provides links to places you will frequent while on the WIP.

 

Part 1

- Login to submit Web Property update requests at MYWIPS.COM

- View WIP Web Property at WEBINSURANCEPLAN.COM

- Login to Pay monthly WIPP premium at FRESHBOOKS.COM.


The second part provides vital information for the Web Property that is being submitted for editing. 


 Part 2


Web Property Owner: YOUR NAME HERE

WIPA Policy Number: ASSIGNED NUMBER HERE


**Web Insured Property for this WIC: 

Development Type: YOUR WEB PROPERTY STRUCTURE WILL GO HERE SUCH AS "THE MANSION WEB DEVELOPMENT" ETC. 

Web Property Address: YOUR WEB PROPERTY'S DOMAIN NAME WILL BE HERE.

Web Insurance Plan (WIP): THE TYPE OF WEB INSURANCE PLAN YOU ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN. 




 SECTION 2.


This section is the area that contains important information regarding the current WIC submitted by you. We encourage you to keep this email for your records. 


The email looks something like this:


"Greetings Web Property Owner,

A WIC (web insurance claim) was received for your Web Property located at "https://yourwebpropertyaddress.com".........


This section also contains information such as estimated work hours for the WIC you are submitting:


(ESTIMATED WORK HOURS FOR THIS WIC)


The estimated time to perform the tasks requested is 8 hours. The approximate turnaround time for task completion according to your WIP is........


And lastly, this section contains information contains what will happen next after the edit requests are completed with information such as revision requests, feedback time, and more. 


(AFTER TASKS ARE COMPLETED. HERE IS THE NEXT STEP)


You will be notified when the tasks are completed for your review. You are allowed 3 business days to review the edits and submit them to this department if needed. You are afforded one (1) revision session to correct the edits. A "revision session" is when you submit the corrections for the edits that were made during the "web work order" session. After the one (1) revision is used, a new WWO must be submitted to make any additional edits. Keep in mind that new WWO's will affect your WIPA balance. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask your WIP Manager.




 SECTION 3.


This section contains the full details of your edit request using our email structure for submissions. We firmly request that all WIC submissions are sent to us using this very structure. The structure looks like this:
