- Go to Paypal.com/login
- Enter your email address and password
- Click on the Log in button.

My email and/or password isn't working, should I contact a WIPS?
It is not necessary to contact a WIP Specialist or PayPal if you can't remember your password. You can reset it using the email address you used to set up your PayPal account. If you cannot resolve your issue, you must contact PayPal for assistance in accessing your account. WIPS cannot assist in this financial security matter.
If you do have access to your registered primary email address but can't remember your password, click on the Forgot your password? link, and enter your registered primary email address. Click "Request Login Info" button to submit. A "password reset" email will be sent to you shortly with instructions on changing your password.
If you haven't received a password reset email after 15 minutes or so, there is a possibility that you may have not put in the correct email address. Make sure the email address you are entering is the REGISTERED PRIMARY EMAIL - the email you used to sign up for WIP.
We do recommend that you disable your web browser's autofill feature just in case it's populating incorrect login credentials.
